Booking Details:
I got a voucher for a two days/one night stay for four at Crown Regency Hotel through the Metrodeal site.  The voucher also comes with a free breakfast buffet which is a good deal considering that I got the voucher for PHP3,500 only.  My family checked in the hotel last June 21, 2014.  I got a slight problem when I was making the reservation which originally should be in December of 2013 in time for the holiday break.  Unfortunately, most of the dates that I chose were specified in the voucher as block out dates so I rescheduled it in June 2014 (six months later).

Check-in and Stay:
My family arrived in the hotel fifteen minutes before two o'clock in the afternoon.  We were greeted by their friendly staff when we get in and assisted us through the check in counter.  The receptionist was also friendly and asked us of our reservation details.  It was stated in their confirmation email that they will collect incidental expense amounting to PHP2,000 which is a refundable deposit for a one night stay so I handed her the money.  After ten minutes, we were given our room keys and instructions about our stay.  We were provided a standard air-conditioned room at the fourth floor with two twin-sized beds.  I only noticed that the bed linens and towels were not crisp clean and white as I expected but they smell clean nonetheless :-D.  The room is also equipped with necessary amenities such as cable television, safety deposit box, coffee and tea maker with complimentary drinks.  It is also equipped with full baths (hot and cold shower, bathtub, hair dryer and toiletries).  Although the hotel is located along the main road, sound of passing vehicles cannot be heard in our room thus we had a quiet and relaxing stay.   We never had any problem with the amenities provided to us.

We had buffet breakfast at their lobby lounge that served variety of Filipino dishes.  Although I find it as limited space, the place was cozy and inviting.  We had ample servings of the food and drinks and had a very fulfilling meal.

Checkout:
The checkout time took us almost twenty minutes.  The incidental deposit was returned to us in full after clearance from their housekeeping.
