It's halfway through summer vacation. The kids are raring to go to new places searching for different adventures to try. My sisters and I planned to visit one place that would not only make us all enjoy but will make us part of a good cause. So we picked La Mesa Ecopark in Quezon City. In their website's poster it says, "COME VISIT LA MESA ECOPARK. Just by visiting you are already actively participating in saving La Mesa Watershed."
La Mesa Watershed is the source of drinking water of Metro Manila residents. The income that Ecopark generates is used for the protection and preservation of the watershed. There are lots of outdoor activities that the whole family can enjoy like wall climbing, zipline, nature trail, picnic, swimming, fishing, biking, horse back riding, etc. Once you are inside the park, it would feel like you are transported in some other place far away from the busy Quezon City.
